Cancellation details

The form records account email, optional contract reference and requested cancellation date.
Contract reference can be a PayPal transaction number, invoice number, subscription ID or order number.
After submission, a reference number is generated and the request is stored traceably.
The automatic receipt confirmation is sent to the stated email address where Resend is technically configured.

Cancellation date

Users can choose the next possible date, the end of the term or a custom date.
A custom date is stored as a requested date and applied only where legally and technically possible.

Payment provider

Payments and subscription references are processed through PayPal where the user used PayPal.
Contract assignment is based on account email, existing user accounts and optional PayPal, invoice, subscription or order references.

Privacy and proof

Cancellation data is stored only as long as required for processing, proof, contract obligations and legal retention.
Status changes, questions, confirmations, rejections and contract endings are logged.
